Jaws Performance was established in 1989 in Manotick, Ontario. Since our inception we have progressively developed to become one of the primary manufacturers of performance exhaust systems for snowmobiles across North America and over the world.

We stand behind every system we produce and when it comes to top quality exhaust systems, technical support, affordable prices and customer service no one else comes close. Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We can only ship COD within Canada ($6 extra charge will apply). If payment can not be made by credit card we will accept a certified cheque or money order that must be received before the order is shipped.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the recent decline/fluctuation of the US dollar our US prices may change more frequently. All shipping charges are extra and will be billed to the customer. Applicable taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibly of the customer. Please call for a quote on all custom or race applications.

Shipping

Orders within Canada can be shipped by FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post. All orders to the US will be shipped by FedEx. Please specify if you prefer otherwise.

Orders

Orders will be taken by phone, fax or email Monday to Friday. When ordering please state the year, make, model and engine size of your snowmobile. Please make us aware of any engine mods or adjustments to the stock set up (failure to do so will void the warranty).

Returns

For refused/returned items a 20% restocking fee will apply, plus shipping charges. All items must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition. Please call us before any returns are made. A valid reason for return must be given. Custom orders can not be returned. For returns from out side of Canada please state on the commercial invoice and on the box 'Canadian Goods Returning'. Failure to follow the above instructions will result in unnecessary customs charges that will be charged back to you the customer.

Repairs

We repair damaged pipes. If you have a package other than a return that you would like to ship to us for repair please give us a call ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate you. If you are sending your package from outside of Canada please state 'Canadian Goods Returning for repair only' (so long as the goods originated in Canada), if the goods were manufactured somewhere other than Canada please state the country of manufacture/origin and 'goods are being sent for repair only and will be returned' on the commercial invoice. Failure to follow the above instructions will result in unnecessary customs charges that will be charged to you the customer.

Pipe Particulars

All power claims and specifications are based on average results. All exhaust systems are subject to an enhancement in design, fit, and/or appearance at any time. If required, all exhaust systems will include, pipes, silencer, flanges, outlet hole(s) plate, belly pan protector plate and extra spring tabs. A specification sheet will accompany all trail pipes. We do not supply springs with our pipes. Please closely follow the recommendations on the sheet we provide.
