Do you feel that the stock muffler is just not producing that desired deep sporty sound? Or is it adding too much unnecessary weight? We provide do-it-yourself silencers that allow for substantial weight saving and produce a thrilling resonance. The kit comes complete to fit most pipes. All kits will consist of assembled canister(s), u-bends (for inlet and outlet), flange material for pipe insert and required spring tabs. The final fit and welding will need to be completed. The single kits start at 2 lbs. We keep a wide range of sizes stocked. We can also construct many custom sizes.

MXZ 440 Silencer We offer a one of a kind single silencer for the '99-'02 Ski-Doo MXZ 440. This silencer dramatically enhances the exhaust sound, while staying with acceptable volume levels to maintain trail friendly performance. This canister weighs substantially less than the stock silencers. There are absolutely no adjustment requirements to jetting or clutching, just bolt in and go.

MXZ Rev Silencer Our single silencer for the '03-'04 MXZ Rev subtracts pounds and adds sound. This silencer is for those who love to here that sporty noise that is normally muffled by the stock canister. It weighs less than half that of the stock muffler, at 6 lbs. This silencer is interchangeable on the 600 and 800 and 440. The 440 will come with an extra reducer installed. There is no need for any jetting or clutching changes.
