'08 MXZ Rev XP 800 Shed 11 lbs more pounds off a tremendously light machine with this reliable silencer that maintains the stock power level. This silencer weighs only 5 lbs and boasts a crisp, clean, suprisingly quiet exhaust sound. No re-jetting or clutching required.

'08 MXZ Rev XP 600 SDI A lightweight silencer designed for the SDI system, that weighs in at mere 5lbs. This boasts a clean, crisp sound while maintaining the stock power level.

'08 MXZ TNT 500SS Easily sheds even more weight from this sled. Our silencer weighs only 5 lbs and gives a deep, crisp sound boost and maintains the stock hp.

'05-'07 Mach Z 1000 /Summit RT 1000 A reliable silencer that keeps the same hp and torque as stock. Designed and balanced to work exactly as the SDI system requires (available with the heat sensor fitting). This silencer weighs 5lbs, that is 17 lbs less than the stock 'suitcase'. That amount of weight loss simply means a lighter, easier to maneuver, faster accelerating sled. It produces a awesome sound that is surprisingly quiet. Please state if ordering for '05 Summit 1000.

'03-'07 MXZ Rev 600 & 800 Our popular, interchangeable silencer for the '03-'07 MXZ Rev 600 and 800 subtracts pounds and adds sound. This silencer is for those who enjoy that throaty sound that is normally muffled by the stock canister. Available in trail (6 lbs) and race (4 lbs) versions. There is no need for any jetting or clutching changes. The Rev 600 canister is available to accept the exhaust temp sensor on the SDI's. Check out our ceramic chrome and black high heat painted canisters below.

'03-'07 MXZ Rev 440 A durable muffler available in the flashy ceramic chrome and our original black high heat paint. This muffler is an easy way to lighten up your 440 as it weighs only 4 lbs. Simply bolt on and go. A great way to intimidate your buddies.

MXZ 440 ('99-'02) We offer a one of a kind single silencer for the '99-'02 Ski-Doo MXZ 440. This 4 lbs. silencer dramatically enhances the exhaust sound, while staying with acceptable volume levels to maintain trail friendly performance. There are absolutely no adjustments to jetting or clutching required, just spring in and go.

'07-'08 F8 Our canister for the F8 sheds 13 lbs instantly. This no hassle, bolt on muffler is a must. This canister maintains stock power levels and reliability.

'03-'06 F6 & F7 A lightweight silencer designed specifically for the F6 and F7 snowmobile. As with all of our mufflers it maintains the stock reliablity and hp while adding a first-rate sound. Also works for the Sabercat 600/700.

'04-'05 King Cat 900 An easy way to lose those unneccessary pounds on your mountain machine. This silencer weighs only 4 lbs. Please specify year when ordering.

'06 King Cat 900 Shed weight easily with this reliable muffler for the 06 KC 900 that exits the stock location. The '06 KC 900 silencer can also be fit to the '04-'05 pipe and exit the front of the chassis as the '06 models do (the shield and deflector plate can be purchased from your dealer).

'03-'06 ZR / Mountain Cat 900 A excellent way to lighten up your sled. These mufflers weigh in at at only 5 lbs. They will not change the hp while adding an admirable sound.

'03-'07 Snopro 440 We sold so many of these as a do it yourself kit we thought we had better get one tested and fit on our own. A lightweight canister with great sound and maintains stock power and reliability.

DO IT YOURSELF SILENCERS (Available for Many Makes and Models) $149-$499

Do you feel that the stock muffler is just not producing that desired deep sporty sound? Or is it carrying too much unnecessary weight? We provide do-it-yourself silencers that allows for substantial weight savings and produces a thrilling resonance. The kit comes complete to fit most pipes. All kits will consist of assembled canister(s), u-bends (for inlet and outlet), flange material for pipe insert and required spring tabs. The final fit and welding will need to be completed. The single kits start at 3 lbs.
